MikroTurnGrind 1000 - Hybrid Lathe

MikroTurnGrind 1000 Hybrid Lathe
The solution for the finish hard turning and finish grinding of complex workpieces in just one clamping.
The MikroTurnGrind 1000 hybrid lathe is ideally suited for short-run, multiple surface parts with sub-micron precision requirements.
Advantages
- The rigid natural machine base serves as a reference plane for the main spindle and guideways. Because of its properties, natural granite provides a high thermal and dynamic stability.
- B-axis with space for the tool turret, internal and external grinding spindle or milling spindle
- Hydrostatic, wear free technology for the main spindle and guideways: enhanced vibration damping, absence of wear, greater precision and thermal stability.
- The guideways are driven by ball screws and have a sealed type, direct linear measuring system.
- It can be automated by means of in-house designed loading systems, such as robotised systems.
